MRZ Hi, thanks for reply, yes, I download the version of Software "GQ Geiger Counter Data Logger PRO v5.31" and now he all perfect. One question: if I want to use the counter in a catastrophe area where I have to put the counter without falling irradiarme I not handle remote and that would make me lack apparatus and procedure I have to do is to use it remotely to Geiger. Greetings and thank you very much again. -

The GMC-300 is not a wireless device. so, if you want to do remote control unit, then you need a USB connection to the unit. OR you can turn on the data logger feature and download the data to PC later.
