Good day, I'm from Argentina, I bought a GMC-300 Geiger counter and doing very well, right now I'm measuring the granite countertop and giving me enough radiation. But my question is this, I download the Software from disquito that comes along, through the USB cable that brings, and I opened two large on-screen graphics, one that is allowing me to see the time measurement records Real on the screen and this works perfectly. The other graph is allowing me to save the records measured that way from the counter to the PC, well, just is this graph that remains inoperative I can not download or save anything, why is that?, I will need a Serial or ? expect an answer from someone who knows the subject. Please check followings:
1. the USB driver is installed correctly.
2. make sure you selected a correct comport number.
Download latest Data Viewer software, use Auto Detect menu to connect the GMC-300.
