I have a GMC-300 and it alert me the radiation level is raising outside my home !

Looks like the higher radiation level detected from your Window.

Why you remove the case? test it again with case(cover). And repeat the testing to confirm the result.

The accurate testing is with case. This will avoid most of radiation from the sun light.
