Two days ago I received my GQ GMC-300 (Geiger Muller Counter) that I bought it from Amazon.com.
Yesterday, I bought used car spare parts (Radiator Fan) that imported from Japan as the reseller said (I don't know maybe from area close to Fukushima nuclear plant)
I'm wondering if this device could tell me whether the said Radiator Fan is safe to use in my car.
note that when I put the device on the Radiator Fan it recorded 15 CPM which is the same as background CPM

Yes. The GMC-300 is able to do this. If your GMC-300 shows 15 CPM, then the radiator is safe with no radiation come with it.
