I seemed to have missplaced the external power supply for the GMC-300. Is it 5 VDC or 9 VDC output?

Or alternatively, will the GMC-300 charge the 9 VDC battery properly from a 5 VDC blackberry c

The GMC-300 external wall charger is standard 5V USB wall adapter.

Yes. It charges 9V battery. The GMC-300 does the magic.
