just received my 300. there seams to be a problem with my disk drive and im not sure which downloads to use from the download page. quite a few there. is there a special order to do the downloading and which downloads should i use? the program first or driver first?

There is no special order.
You can alway to download any of them.

But I think the ffollowing two are most important for GMC-300:

1. The USB driver. "USB driver for GQ Geiger Counter"

2, The data viewer "GQ Geiger Counter Data Viewer Re. 1.20"
