Posted - 03/01/2012 : 07:32:27 I recently purchased the GMC-300 (FW 2.11) and have been monitoring for a couple days now. I have the driver and software loaded and have looked at the data. I'm looking forward to "real time" software monitoring. Is it normal for the unit to turn itself off a few seconds after the data is downloaded to the computer? Thanks for the support. I like the unit. Megatron

Please make sure your used latest software. And select GMC-300 in the model field.
Just did a download of a few days-worth of data. Unit powered itself afterwards. Latest software, etc. A bug somewhere? Is there a workaround? |

Posted - 03/02/2012 : 12:38:41 OK Thanks. I am using the latest software with the correct settings. Most of the time all appears fine. I have seen the symptom 3 times after downloading the data 9 times. I'll keep experimenting. |
