Description: This item is a brand new 28F102 PLCC44 flash chip. It can be either M28F102 OR CAT28F102 depending on the stock avalibility. The M28F102,CAT28F102 PLCC44 falsh chip can be used to replace PLCC44 27C1024 chips. Both M28F102 and CAT28F102 are compatible. Those chips can be erased on a programmer and re-write as many times as you want. It does not need a UV light to erase. So, it can be used to replace the expensive OTP (one time programmable) PLCC44 27C1024 EPROM. |
